Elderberry Cordial and Durslade Farm Gin Sour

• 20ml Elderberry cordial
• 45ml Durslade Farm gin
• 20ml lemon juice
• 15-20ml egg white
• Ice cubes

Place all ingredients with the ice into a cocktail shaker, shake vigorously for 1 minute. 

Strain off the ice, shake again and pour into a chilled martini glass.
