Our chicken, sourced from Creedy Carver, are raised in a free range environment, which means they are able to roam and forage for food, resulting in a superior taste and texture.

Delivery is £5.95 for standard delivery and £9.50 for Saturday delivery.
To guarantee Saturday delivery, orders should be placed before 9am on Friday.
Our chilled items are packed using environmentally friendly Woolcool and biodegradable ice packs.
From time to time delivery may take an additional day due to seasonal variations or volume. If you are ordering for a gift or a dinner party we advise to always allow an extra 24 hours.
It is important that all meat products should be refrigerated as soon as you open your consignment.

Taken from the breast and wing, with the skin still attached, this chicken is packed full of flavor and succulence. Our free range chickens are allowed to roam freely and enjoy a natural diet, resulting in a happier animal and a richer, juicier flavour. This versatile cut is perfect for grilling, baking, or frying, and is sure to impress.
How to cook: For best results, combine pan cooking with roasting. Before cooking, get your chicken supremes out of the fridge and bring to room temperature. Season your chicken whilst pre-heating a heavy based frying pan to a low temperature. Place the chicken in the pan, skin side down and allow to golden. Try not to move the pan to help the chicken sear properly. Once golde, flip and sear on the flesh side for a minute before popping into a roasting tin and placing into a pre-heated oven at 200c for 12-14 minutes. Allow to rest before serving.
