Handmade by our butchery team using prime, free-range Somerset pork, our Sauchetta Sausages are a fun spin on our Porchetta Roasting Joint and packed full of flavour.

Delivery is £5.95 for standard delivery and £9.50 for Saturday delivery. 

To guarantee Saturday delivery, orders should be placed before 9am on Friday.

Our chilled items are packed using environmentally friendly Woolcool and biodegradable ice packs.   

From time to time delivery may take an additional day due to seasonal variations or volume. If you are ordering for a gift or a dinner party we advise to always allow an extra 24 hours. 

It is important that all meat products should be refrigerated as soon as you open your consignment.

Product Details

An Italian twist on the traditional pork classic - the bright, citrusy flavour of the lemon pairs perfectly with the earthy, herbal notes of the sage and aromatic sweetness of the fennal seeds, making for a vibrant combination. The sausages are handmade by our butchery team using Edington Large Black Pig pork. Outdoor bred and raised loaclly, the rare breed pigs are are renowned for their flavourful, succulent and tender meat.

Delicious served on their own with a hearty serving of polenta and seasonal greens, as an ingredient in your favourite pasta dish or even as a topping on your pizza.

How to cook: As with any meat product, we recommend taking these sausages out of the fridge approx 30 minutes before cooking to bring them to room temperature. Once reached, either grill, bake, pan-fry or barbeque until cooked through and crispy on the outside.
