Easter Meat
This collection is filled with a variety of succulent free range hogget cuts, including hogget leg, breast and chops. Reared on our farm here in Somerset, the meat will make the perfect centrepiece to your Easter feasts.
Hogget is lamb that is 14+ months old but still under 2 years. The meat is richer, fuller and slightly darker in colour than lamb, but can be cooked in the same way.
