Our Durslade Farm cider is made with apples from our orchards and our Maid of Bruton wine is produced in our Durslade Vineyard, a stone's throw from ancient Roman terraces. Sat on a gentle Eastern slope of clay and limestone, our grapes are harvested in September, where they are pressed, fermented and bottled just five miles from site.
