Butchery Workshop
Join us at Durslade Farm Shop for a butchery workshop aimed at developing your meat preparation skills. Our workshops are designed so that you can walk away with all the knowledge you need to confidently prepare and cook meat at home.
The workshops run from 6:30pm to 9pm
Free delivery when you spend over £60. Otherwise, it’s £5.95 for standard delivery and £9.50 for Saturday delivery.
To guarantee Saturday delivery, orders should be placed before 9am on Friday.
Our chilled items are packed using environmentally friendly Woolcool and biodegradable ice packs.
From time to time delivery may take an additional day due to seasonal variations or volume. If you are ordering for a gift or a dinner party we advise to always allow an extra 24 hours.
It is important that all meat products should be refrigerated as soon as you open your consignment.
Product Details
Every month, there will be a new hands-on workshop focusing on a different type of meat, led by our Head Butcher, Giles.
After the workshop, enjoy dinner with us where you can sample the cuts of meat you have been working on accompanied by salads, sauces, and wine from our vineyard. This is also the perfect time to ask Giles any burning questions you may have.
Don’t miss out on a fantastic experience and the chance to learn and develop your skills.

Please note, bookings made less than 3 days prior to the date of the workshop are subject to cancellation and refund.
If you are unable to make the class you are booked on to and need to move your booking, please give us at least 14 days notice by contacting hello@dursladefarmshop.com. Within 14 days, you are only able to move your booking if we can fill your space. Within 5 days of the class your booking cannot be changed. iIff you are unable to attend the class you can send someone in your place with a written or phone conversation to confirm this.
