Cut from the silverside of our Durslade Wagyu X beef, our delicately flavoured air dried beef, is marinated in port, infused with juniper berries and bay, and hung for 12 weeks to allow the beef to cure.
This curing process allows the beef to firm up and intensify both its flavour and colour.
Thinly sliced, just like Bresaola, it’s delicious served with a drizzle of olive oil and a squeeze of fresh lemon. It also works beautifully as part of an antipasto platter.
Not only 3-Stars in the taste, but also in sustainability as the sleeve, vac pac and card are all fully recyclable.
