Using only the finest quality chicken, we marinate it in our signature blend of Jamaican spices for a full-bodied, smoky flavour. Cooked to perfection, this dish is perfect for any occasion, whether you're hosting a summer barbecue or just looking for a delicious and easy-to-prepare meal.
How to cook: Remove from the fridge 1 hour before cooking. Pre-heat the oven to 200C /Fan 180C / Gas 6. Roast for 35-40 minutes until the juices run clear. Char the skin under the grill for 5-10 minutes after cooking for additional flavour. Alternatively, cook on a barbeque, turning regularly.
