Our deliciously indulgent, handmade Monkfish Wellington is inspired by the British classic, Kedgeree, and makes a showstopping centrepiece for any occasion. Crispy puff pastry enveloping generous monkfish fillets, smoked haddock mousse and spinach duxelles.

Free delivery when you spend over £60. Otherwise, it’s £5.95 for standard delivery and £9.50 for Saturday delivery. 

To guarantee Saturday delivery, orders should be placed before 9am on Friday.

Our chilled items are packed using environmentally friendly Woolcool and biodegradable ice packs.   

From time to time delivery may take an additional day due to seasonal variations or volume. If you are ordering for a gift or a dinner party we advise to always allow an extra 24 hours. 

It is important that all meat products should be refrigerated as soon as you open your consignment.

Product Details

Our oven-ready Monkfish Wellington has been handcrafted with generous fillets of monkfish and a light mousse of smoked haddock running through the middle, all enveloped in a creamy spinach duxelles and crispy puff pastry. Spiced delicately with cumin and mustard, the flavour is fresh and a wonderful alternative for dinner parties and alfresco lunches.

We recommend serving with a seasonal salad and simple, minted new potatoes.

How to cook: Preheat oven to 180C, brush with a little extra egg wash and bake on a baking paper lined tray for 45-50 minutes until golden brown, allow to rest for 15 minutes before slicing.

How to store: Use within 2 days of defrosting or before use by date. Caution, may contain small bones.

Please note: This product is frozen, if it has defrosted during transit please do not refreeze, leave to fully defrost in a refrigerator and cook within 2 days.
