Free delivery when you spend over £60. Otherwise, it’s £5.95 for standard delivery and £9.50 for Saturday delivery. 

To guarantee Saturday delivery, orders should be placed before 9am on Friday.

Our chilled items are packed using environmentally friendly Woolcool and biodegradable ice packs.   

From time to time delivery may take an additional day due to seasonal variations or volume. If you are ordering for a gift or a dinner party we advise to always allow an extra 24 hours. 

It is important that all meat products should be refrigerated as soon as you open your consignment.

Indulge in the ultimate feast, right in the comfort of your own home, and savor every succulent bite.

How to cook:
1. Prepare the steak: Take the T-bone steak out of the refrigerator and let it come to room temperature for about 30 minutes. This ensures even cooking.
2. Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 175°C.
3. Season the beef: Generously season the rib of beef with salt, pepper, and any desired herbs or spices. Ensure the seasoning covers the entire surface of the meat.
4. Sear the beef: Heat a large oven-safe skillet or roasting pan over medium-high heat. Add a small amount of oil and sear the rib of beef on all sides until browned. This step helps to develop a flavourful crust.
5. Roast the beef: Transfer the seared rib of beef to the preheated oven and roast it uncovered. Cook for approximately 15-20 minutes per 450g for medium-rare, or adjust the time to your desired level of doneness. Use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature. For medium-rare, aim for an internal temperature of around 57°C.
6. Rest the beef: Once cooked to your preference, remove the rib of beef from the oven and let it rest on a cutting board for 15-20 minutes. This allows the juices to redistribute, resulting in a more tender and flavourful meat.
7. Slice and serve: Slice the rib of beef against the grain into thick, juicy portions. Arrange the slices on a serving platter and serve alongside Wagyu dripping potatoes, salad, and your choice of sauce for a complete and satisfying meal.
Remember to adjust the cooking time based on the thickness of the steak and your preferred level of doneness.
