Free delivery when you spend over £60. Otherwise, it’s £5.95 for standard delivery and £9.50 for Saturday delivery. 

To guarantee Saturday delivery, orders should be placed before 9am on Friday.

Our chilled items are packed using environmentally friendly Woolcool and biodegradable ice packs.   

From time to time delivery may take an additional day due to seasonal variations or volume. If you are ordering for a gift or a dinner party we advise to always allow an extra 24 hours. 

It is important that all meat products should be refrigerated as soon as you open your consignment.

How to cook:
1. Prepare the steak: Take the T-bone steak out of the refrigerator and let it come to room temperature for about 30 minutes. This ensures even cooking.
2. Season the steak: Generously season both sides of the steak with salt and pepper, or any other desired seasonings. Allow the seasoning to penetrate the meat for a few minutes.
3. Preheat the grill or pan: If using a grill, preheat it to medium-high heat. If using a pan, heat it over medium-high heat until hot.
4. Grill or pan-sear the steak: Place the T-bone steak on the grill or in the hot pan. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or adjust the time to your desired level of doneness. For a perfect sear, avoid moving or flipping the steak too frequently.
5. Check the internal temperature: To ensure the steak is cooked to your desired doneness, use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature. For medium-rare, the temperature should be around 135°F (57°C).
6. Rest the steak: Once cooked to your preference, remove the steak from the heat and let it rest on a cutting board for 5-10 minutes. This allows the juices to redistribute and ensures a juicy and tender steak.
7. Serve and enjoy: Slice the T-bone steak against the grain, separating the strip steak and tenderloin portions. Serve with your choice of sides, such as Wagyu dripping potatoes, salad, and sauce.
Remember to adjust the cooking time based on the thickness of the steak and your preferred level of doneness.
