At our award-winning butchery in Somerset, the team work closely with our Durslade Farm stock team Dan and Naomi to ensure we’re producing the best beef and lamb from our farm, as well working closely with our other suppliers who share in our ethos and values. They are also always on hand to advise on the best cuts and methods of cooking.

The team were delighted to have won ‘Specialist Butcher’s of the Year’ at the Butcher’s Shop of the Year Awards in 2023. ‘Boasting a range of special features and unique selling points, judges were impressed with its nose to tail specialism.'
