Reared on our farm which backs directly onto the shop, our selection of award-winning and succulent spring lamb cuts are perfect for roasting and barbecuing. We’d recommend pairing the meat with our chutneys available from our foraged range.

Many will be surprised to see our spring lamb launch at this time of year, so we asked our expert butchers for a little lesson on the lambing season.

"Our lambs are born in spring as nature intended, so they are able to live happily outside in our beautiful free-range farmland. The term 'spring lamb' started as a campaign run by farmers in Australia and New Zealand, which has created the misconception in the UK that all lamb is to be enjoyed at Easter-time."
