From our orchards

Our delicious Medium Cider starts its journey within our three orchards across our estate in Somerset. The farm heritage apple varieties are ready to be harvested in October which is done by hand and using a fallen apple harvesting machine, before being transported 15 minutes away to be sorted, pressed and fermented. 

The final flavour is crisp and refreshing, and pairs perfectly with deep flavoured cheeses, including Westcombe Dairy's Cheddar.
