Rhubarb Hot Sauce
Created in our Farm Shop kitchen with the finest Yorkshire forced rhubarb is our new handcrafted hot sauce. Blending fruitiness with a meaningful cayenne chilli kick - this condiment is dangerously moreish.
- Handmade by our in-house forager, Kenny.- Using the finest forced rhubarb from one of the last remaining producers in Yorkshire's 'Rhubarb Triangle'.
- A combination of deliciously sweet, yet tangy rhubarb with the heat of cayenne chillies.
Delivery is £5.95 for standard delivery and £9.50 for Saturday delivery.
To guarantee Saturday delivery, orders should be placed before 9am on Friday.
Our chilled items are packed using environmentally friendly Woolcool and biodegradable ice packs.
From time to time delivery may take an additional day due to seasonal variations or volume. If you are ordering for a gift or a dinner party we advise to always allow an extra 24 hours.
It is important that all meat products should be refrigerated as soon as you open your consignment.

This Spring we’re focussing on forced Rhubarb. Sourced from Yorkshire's 'Rhubarb Triangle', our in-house expert Kenny transforms each rhubarb stem into handmade, small-batch products exclusively available online, and in-store.
Rhubarb is our seasonal hero and our new hot sauce a limited line, as it can only be made during the spring months - when it's gone, it’s gone! The sweetness of the rhubarb with the heat of cayenne chillies makes it a perfect partner for pork.
