Introducing our new Fruit Vinegars, which come in three exciting flavours: Raspberry, Chuckleberry and Rhubarb. Infused with Raw Durslade Farm Honey, the fruits are steeped in Unpasteurised Cider Vinegar for one month before being bottled. These unique vinegars are incredibly versatile and can be used in many different ways.

Delivery is £5.95 for standard delivery and £9.50 for Saturday delivery. 

To guarantee Saturday delivery, orders should be placed before 9am on Friday.

Our chilled items are packed using environmentally friendly Woolcool and biodegradable ice packs.   

From time to time delivery may take an additional day due to seasonal variations or volume. If you are ordering for a gift or a dinner party we advise to always allow an extra 24 hours. 

It is important that all meat products should be refrigerated as soon as you open your consignment.

What is a fruit vinegar?
Inspired by the bounty of local fruits around Durslade Farm, we’ve created this range of 3 fruit vinegars to add a sharp note to both sweet and savoury dishes. Using apple cider vinegar, these gut friendly vinegars start by combining each fruit with the base vinegar and allowing it to steep and infuse for a month before we bottle in small batches to preserve it’s flavour and colour. Incredibly versatile, each vinegar within the range highlights the natural flavour of the fruit whilst maintaining vinegar sharpness.

What are the 3 flavours?
- Our Raspberry fruit vinegar delivers a blend of the sweet and tangy flavours of raspberries. When combined with vinegar, it offers a refreshing and mildly acidic taste.
- A Chuckleberry is a hybrid fruit, a mix of a redcurrant, gooseberry and jostaberry, another hybrid fruit. The combination of these fruits results in a sweet but sharp taste, making it the perfect berry for our fruit vinegar.
- For our Rhubarb vinegar we use forced rhubarb, which is when rhubarb is kept away from natural light inside where the only source of light is from candles. Growing rhubarb this way produces vibrant pink stems that have a sweeter taste than the usual tartness of rhubarb.

How to serve: We suggest mixing a small amount of your vinegar with sparkling water and serving over ice for a light and refreshing drink. You can also use it as the base for a salad dressing or in a BBQ marinade for a unique flavour combination.

CHUCKLEBERRY VINEGAR
Ingredients: Unpasteurised Cider Vinegar, British Chuckleberries, Durslade Honey (6%). Infused with 35g fruit per 100ml

Nutritional information per 100ml: Energy (Kj) 222, Energy (kcal) 52, Fat 0g, of which saturates 0g, Carbohydrate 9.3g of which sugars 5.6g, Protein 0g, salt 0.02g.
RHUBARB VINEGAR
Ingredients: Unpasteurised Cider Vinegar, Yorkshire forced Rhubarb, Raw Durslade Honey (6%). Infused with 35g fruit per 100ml
Allergens in bold, may contain naturally occurring sulphites.
Nutritional information per 100ml: Energy (Kj) 219, Energy (kcal) 51, Fat 0g, of which saturates 0g, Carbohydrate 7.7g of which sugars 7.3g, Protein 0.5g, salt 0.02g.
