Our Vegan Wellington is the perfect centrepiece to any feast and is lovingly handmade using a medley of vegetables including butternut squash and British fava beans, which are wrapped in mushroom duxelles and encased in a puff pastry lattice.

Upon delivery, please place in the fridge until fully defrosted and cook within 48 hours. This item has been previously frozen and may partially defrost during transit, please do not refreeze.

 

Cooking instruction: 

Preheat the oven to 200 deg C, Fan 180 deg C or Gas 6
Remove the Vegan Wellington from its packaging and place in an oven-proof roasting tin. 
Cook for 55 minutes until golden brown and hot throughout. (Appliance times may slightly vary)
Allow to rest for 10 minutes before carving and serving. 

Delivery is £5.95 for standard delivery and £9.50 for Saturday delivery. 

To guarantee Saturday delivery, orders should be placed before 9am on Friday.

Our chilled items are packed using environmentally friendly Woolcool and biodegradable ice packs.   

From time to time delivery may take an additional day due to seasonal variations or volume. If you are ordering for a gift or a dinner party we advise to always allow an extra 24 hours. 

It is important that all meat products should be refrigerated as soon as you open your consignment.
