AMERICANO
Serves 1
1 measure Campari
1 measure Durslade Farm Shop Sweet Vermouth
Club Soda top-up
Pour all ingredients into an ice filled glass and briefly stir. Garnish with a slice of fresh orange.
BOULEVARDIER
Serves 1
1 and 1/2 measures of Bourbon
1 measure Durslade Farm Shop Sweet Vermouth
1 measure Campari
Pour all ingredients into an ice-filled mixing glass or cocktail shaker. Stir and shake, then strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with an orange twist.
MARTINEZ
Serves 1
1 measure of Durslade Farm Shop House Dry Gin
1/2 measure Durslade Farm Shop Sweet Vermouth
1/4 measure Dry Vermouth
1/4 measure Cointreau or Grand Marnier
1 dash Angostura Bitters
Pour all ingredients into an ice-filled mixing glass or cocktail shaker. Stir and shake, then strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with an orange twist.
