Reared on our farm which backs directly into the farm shop, our Lleyn Lambs enjoy the freedom to roam the farm freely. Our sheep stay out all year long, lambing themselves when needed. The term Spring Lamb is a little misleading, as lamb is a meat that can be enjoyed year round, whether its roast, barbecued, or grilled. We love partnering our lamb with pickles, chutneys and marinades to enhance the sweet flavour.
We celebrate and support the farmers, makers and growers in our community. We promote and share local talent, supporting small projects with big futures and working with established ones to create special products that you can only find here.
